There’s a rule called 180 degree shutter angle, which gives a better motion look, not too blurry and not too smeary. x fps = 1/(x * 2) shutter. In this video I used 30 fps, so I set my shutter speed to 1/60. If I shot at 24p, I’ll use 1/48 (or 1/50).
